Large, covered back patio features loungers, dining table, and rocking chair under string lights with outdoor Bluetooth speaker, a nice breeze, and practically NO BUGS! Two kayaks and paddles are provided out back for use in the river, a 3-minute walk from the house. You'll also have access to the private, community pool with the public boat ramp just around the corner on the Matanzas River. In 3 minutes, you can walk from the front door to the sandy beach for sunrise over the Atlantic. One reserved parking space is included, plus ample guest parking (no charge). All of our own personal affects, including the computer, laundry room supplies, books on shelves, and more, will be removed for your convenience before move-in, leaving clean shelves and furniture. Half a mile walk to local shops and restaurants. Larger grocery store chains Publix and Winn Dixie are 4 miles away. Historic Downtown and the iconic Castillo de San Marcos National Monument are about 10 miles north.
