I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Jennings that will be available for rent in a quiet, great neighborhood very soon. It's been a well-loved home, and we're really hoping to find someone who will care for it like it's their own. Expected availability: Mid July Beginning of August Rent is $1800/month Security deposit is $1800 and may be adjusted(decreased) based on rental history, credit, and background results $50 non-refundable application fee per adult (18+) Household income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent Before anyone asks yes, some of the photos were edited with AI to remove items that are still currently in the home while we finish preparing it. The photos are about 99% accurate to what the home looks like empty. We also took many of the photos zoomed out to capture as much of the living areas as possible, so some spaces may appear a little smaller in photos than they actually are in person. The home will be freshly painted, cleaned, and move-in ready before any tenant moves in. We will also upload updated photos once the home is completely emptied out and freshly painted. In the meantime, we will begin allowing walk-throughs for interested applicants as soon as the home is cleared out. Spacious Layout Large Covered Porch Updated Interior ADT Security Monitoring Included AT&T fiber included Central Unit for Cooling & Heating The home has ADT security monitoring, which tenants will have access to for safety. The outside of the property is also monitored by exterior cameras 24/7 just to protect the home and us as owners if anything ever happens, this is optional & the exterior cameras do not have to be on or recording. The cameras are only outside, do not show inside the home, and do not invade anyone's privacy. Tenants will not have access to those cameras as there is no way to create a profile for tenants. The camera box can be plugged into a TV for camera access, but there is no phone access to it. No smoking inside the home No pets, please Lawn maintenance will be taken care of by the owners Washer and dryer are not included Tenants will be responsible for providing all appliances excluding the microwave. All utilities will be the responsibility of the tenant. We do have rental requirements and background/credit checks, but we also understand that life happens sometimes, so everything will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
