Towels and washcloths are also included in the bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer are in the closet in the carport. The fenced backyard includes seating and a charcoal grill. It is about thirty minutes to Samsung Taylor. $125 cleaning fee. All utilities are included. I just ask that you change the air conditioner filter once a month, and provide the filters.
