The kitchen has all brand new appliances, new tile floors and granite counters as well as brand new cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with a large table and seating for 8. The living room has a 40 inch flat screen TV. Downstairs the finished basement includes a large family room with a 40 inch smart TV as well as a laundry room and another full bathroom and 3 more bedrooms.
