If marijuana is smoked, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If a pet is found, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged, and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
