Past tenants have used the living room as a bedroom. The apartment comes with a stove and fridge as well as hookups for a washer and dryer in the basement. There is room to store your extra belongings in the basement. We can rent to people with dogs for an additional $25/mo. Sorry, but we can't rent to people who have dogs of a vicious breed such as pittbulls, Rottweilers, German shepherds, etc regardless of the dog's age or temperament. We will discount the rent by $25/mo if you pay online using our online rent payment app thus bringing the rent to $750/mo. Tenant pays for gas and electric while we pay for water. Tenant is responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. You must prove a gross monthly income of at least $2,250 and have no evictions to qualify.
