Great little condo in a great little complex! Upstairs unit with a southern exposure and view of Haleakala from the lanai. Unit is in neat, clean and is "vintage" Kihei Bay Surf. High vaulted ceiling for sense of space. Quiet location away from the pool, tennis court and stairway. This vacation rentable complex has a nice pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, BBQ area, on site laundry and several fruit trees (free to pick when ripe!). Entire complex was repainted and parking lots repaved in 2010. The upstairs lanais are in the process of being redone/replaced. Maintenance includes water AND electricity! Many owner occupied units and "snow birds" adds to good upkeep. On site manager as well. Completely liveable as is but is a great unit for someone wanting to put a little TLC or own touches on it. A little remodeling or full remodel - it's a choice and not a "must" do so update at your leisure. Call for a showing!
