I'm Sorry for the inconvenience but that is "Life today" I guess. If you are still with me this is a Great little home and I need to Rent it. Only one single step up into this recently refreshed home. Nice Quiet neighborhood. Fresh paint throughout. All new floorcovering. Large backyard with storage shed. Covered patio in back. Lots of storage space within. Tenant pays for all utilities, trash etc. and is responsible for the up keep of the yard. NO PETS. NO SMOKING in the house. Absolutely NO PARKING in the yard. The Fireplace is Non working.
