The community has just completed construction and has been built with beautiful high-end materials. We offer an on-site laundry facility. It is a quick bike or car ride to both the Manasquan or Point Pleasant Beaches along with their wonderful shops and restaurants. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, and cable. Our CO is for ages 18 & up. Cats & Dogs under 20 lbs. are permitted with an additional pet security deposit of $250.00. Tenants are required to pay the initial $100 CO Fee to the town.There is no smoking inside the units.
