The plaster lath has been removed from all the walls so they are ready to insulate and sheet rock. I would recommened rewiring the house at this time. The circuit breaker box has been update before I bought the house. The back porch need repair. The house could easily be enlarged with little effort. The basement is full size and has lots of potential. Located in an established neighboorhood.
