Sleep soundly and comfortably on the brand-new Kings Down king size mattress and soft 600 thread count sheets beautiful new floors in the main living and kitchenette area with open shelving, granite counter, marble back splash and vessel sink. The bathroom has been freshly refinished with a spa like feeling and comes fully stocked with soft plush towels for your use during your stay. This is a boaters paradise boats and kayaks are available for rent. Boating dock-slip space is available on-site and can be purchased a la carte at the lobby or reserve in advance on website, along the sea wall. This building is also located next door to "Sara Bay Marina" making it an ideal location for anyone who stores their boat in that marina. Boats have direct gulf water access with no fixed bridges. The coin operated laundry located in the next building and may be used at your convenience. This lovely condo unit is only steps to the resort like amenities include heated pool, restaurant and tiki bar, fitness center, coffee bar, gaming area and computer center to keep your body and business in shape! Daily/Weekly housekeeping is not included and is a separate/additional charge. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bag and soap.
