When you are ready to rent one of our homes, call our office. We will give you the lockbox code. There is a key in the lockbox. When you are ready to rent the house, come to our office at 3125 W Hillsborough Ave Tampa Fl 33614. Bring identification, proof of income, and two money orders. One for the background checks. One for the rent and security deposit. The background checks, lease, and paperwork is a quick process. We do not take advanced applications or hold rental units. Prospective Tenant. Background Check $65.00 per adult for the background check. We disqualify tenants for evictions, Major law enforcement issues like violent felonies, lack of proof of income, or Outstanding balance with a housing rental. All adults must pass a background check. We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 6:00.
