2/2 Guest House with detached Master Bedroom Bathroom. Kitchen has Refrigerator, oven, microwave, disposal, washer, drier. Dog friendly property and large backyard with sections for you dog, and pool. I'm paying for utilities. Master Bedroom is detached; you walk out the back of the guest house and into another door and have a full master bedroom and shower bathroom. It's deadbolted inside to separate from the main house. Parking on the street or on the side in the gravel or in the backyard. Downsides; you have to walk around the side of the house, through the backyard, to get to your front door. But, we can always leave the side gate open and you can park in the backyard, neighborhood is very chill. I've installed a remote doorbell on the main porch for deliveries. Probably should get a po box, but I don't care if you wait for me to give you your mail. I may install a private gated entrance through the wall but not within a few months. Have SimpliSafe cameras on the yards and entrances to the guest house and back yard. I'm 50, operate sober living homes, work from this property and at the other properties; not a recovering addict myself and drink on occasion. I live on property and have a french bull dog; backyard is fenced off in sections and has a private yard for your dog. Any insurance accepted dog breeds. Owner pays for utilities. Pool is great. Overnight guests over 7 days require sign off.
