Will be offering to first qualified applicant This home was never intended to be a rental and due to life events it has become available for rent for a long term lease. The many upgrades and care taken to the home were done with our former plans of it to be our forever home. Those plans have changed and we would expect that you will treat the home with the same care and appreciation that we have given it. We love our Alpine neighbors in the community. The homes are very well spaced out and offer significant privacy. The back side of the lot is fully gated surrounding about 3/4 acres and half the house. We had an extensive low voltage, energy efficient (all LED) lighting system installed throughout the majority of the lot, turf, front back, street, and pool. The lighting system is on a timer and programmable to an Alexa app. We have had major landscaping additions of well over 100 different plants, palms, shrubs, flowers, hedging, and a few small fruits (lemon, lime) throughout. Significant privacy from tall hedge at street level. Homeowners on our private road just completed over $100,000 spent on a fresh road improvement and smooth resurface seal. This home is at the end of the private road on a nice culdesac. There is no street traffic to other streets and so no one who doesn't live there should be passing through. Quiet, safe road and watchful neighbors. There is a smart thermostat system with an app to control the AC and heater. The house has a recently installed Quiet Cool Stealth 7.0 whole house fan. Its a very large and highly energy efficient whole house cooling system. The Quiet Cool whole house fan works great and runs on a timer, and makes a huge impact on the temperature of the house, while also being highly energy efficient and a soothing breeze throughout the house on warm summer nights. The garage has black and white checkered flooring installed, along with extra hanging storage racks, storage closets and an ample work/tool station with additional storage cabinets. Trash compactor installed in kitchen. All house lighting is newly installed LED, energy efficient and much of the lighting is newly installed recessed lighting along with dimmers throughout. We had an installer equip the pool with a Catch a Kid pool net, used for child safety. We used this religiously with young kids present. If you have not seen one before and have concerns with child safety we found this to be the only solution that has never had a child death from drowning when properly installed. Please search on the internet to view, the netting anchors down and creates a tightly stretched net over the pool, that also preserves the beauty of the pool. The pool has a water fall flowing rock feature in the middle. The front door has a keyless entry, programmable keypad code, as does the laundry room (mud room) entrance and garage door entrance. In the event of a power outage, we had an electrician install a generator hook up to the house which is capable of keeping the entire house powered. This is not likely to ever be needed and if it were, you would need to provide your own generator. Professional in home stereo system has been installed throughout. There is separate Niles volume control in each room with in ceiling speakers, including outside at the covered patio, at the lower level pool, and at the grass area outside, and each area has a separate volume control. There is in total 9 different separate volume controls. You would need to provide your own Amplifier to plug in.
