I am a real estate investor and I got this house in 2017, I paid all the back taxes, turned into 2 unit, made lots if improvement, have tenant living there temporarily. I currently have not enough time to dedicate to this house. House still needs fair amount of work in unit upstairs snd downstairs. I have to finish doing electrical to do final inspection, finish doing plumbing, there are spots where drywall needed. Not just little work, but fair amount to have these 2 units working for you bringing rent money. Put new roof, gutted the inside of the basement and rebuild a lot already. Still needs framing done and floor put in spots. I have gotten building permit so it's ok to work on it. House is already bringing rent money as is. However when done you will be able to make 1200/mo on upper unit and $900/mo on lover unit, can put it on section 8, veterans or other programs. Upper unit is 3 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, deck, living space is about 800 sq ft plus deck. Lower unit - efficiency with bath, kitchen and living space about 400 sq ft
