This is a multi-family home with 2 apartments. They are both close to 1000sq.ft each. Huge front covered porch. Nice side private decks off of kitchens for both apartments.Recently it had a fire in the lower apartment. A couch caught on fire. There is smoke/fire damage in lower apt and just light smoke damage in upper apartment. Some water damage due to putting out the fire. My husband and I can not do the renovations so I will be saleing it. It can be fixed and always was rented. I was occupying the upstairs apartment and rented out the lower. But according to Jamestown codes when there is a fire until it is fixed it is condemned. This sold with no guarantees or warranties. As far as I know there is no structural damage.
