Lovely outdoor patio for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine after a day of exploring Highland Park's diverse culture, arts and music scene, and of course award winning restaurants. You'll enter the apartment and immediately notice the Mediterranean style architecture made popular during the Spanish Colonial Revival period in the 1930s. The space has ample natural light and hardwood floors throughout. Spacious bedroom has a queen-size bed, bureau, writing-desk and workspace. Closet with hangers and bureau for longer stays. Mid-morning sun floods in creating a soft ambience to start each day. Full bathroom with full tub and sliding glass door. The electric water heater ensures unlimited hot water during your stay. You'll be provided with organic soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of plush 100 percent cotton bath towels. Living Room: Relax on a large chaise lounge and couch or snuggle in with a good book on the leather recliner while kicking your feet up on the matching ottoman. Internet TV, Apple TV, YouTubeTV, HBO MAX, Netflix, SHOWTIME, and more. This room also has a second workspace with a large IKEA desk for your home-office use. For your listening pleasure you'll have a HIFI vinyl stereo sound system, with optional Bluetooth connectivity to the receiver. You'll also have a Sonos wireless sound system throughout the apartment, so you can listen to a different track in each room, or the same track as you roam the house. In the pictures you'll see a mini bar set with mixers and custom glassware. Please enjoy it! Dining room: Four person dining room table with china cabinet. Kitchen: Everything you could really want here! Full fridge/freezer, frosty steins and pint glasses located in the freezer. Take a trip to Galco's Old World market (some call it the Soda Pop Stop) with over 360 beer brands on offer along with hundreds of varieties of old world soda pop! The pantry is stocked with the essentials and then some. Oil and vinegar, spices, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea, sugar. You'll have a gas oven with high-end Demeyere cookware. Crate and Barrel dishware with full glassware sets (wine glasses, martini glasses, high ball). Here are just a few extra kitchen items you can use while staying: - Omega slow masticating juicer - Instapot - Ninja Ultima Blender - Nespresso - Capresso Grinder - Fellow Stagg Pour-Over - Le creuset French press - Nespresso milk frother - Soda stream - LeCreuset Griddle - LeCreuset Pizza pan and more Gem of the stay: Your own beautiful outdoor patio for al fresco dining. Table with an umbrella sits four very comfortably. You'll also have a few extra chairs, should you wish to have guests over. In the evening you'll have lights hung around the patio making it a really lovely evening experience. Please see the available pictures. -I find walking or riding is best for exploring our neighborhood. -Public transport: Metro Gold line (5 minute walk) connects to downtown or into Pasadena/Foothills -Free parking is available on the street directly outside the apartment. -Uber/Lyfts are readily available. -Bus system is available with a bus stop just steps away from house. Lease is Month to Month Rental. All utilities included. Fully furnished. Pets possible with cleaning fee. Housekeeping available for extra fee. No smokers please.
