This wonderful coffee shop has taken off since it was founded a year and a half ago in Teton Valley. Originally known as French Press, just North of Victor, ID., it was rebranded to facilitate national coffee sales and is now Atelier (meaning workshop in French). One of the owners is French and has an incredible instinct for what makes a coffee shop a community staple. The pastry and sandwich offerings, rare work and event space, and the wonderful baristas make Atelier a hit with locals and visitors alike. The original product line including Keurig pods, bottled cold brew, and coffee bags coupled with their digital presence gives the Atelier brand stability outside of their brick and mortar.
