The room is 18 x 15, hardwood floors, windows on three sides, your own private bathroom, closet, and views all around. It is the entirety of the second floor and it's all yours! There is plenty of space for a bed, desk, couch, chest of drawers...etc. The rent is $1995 per month, plus utilities, heat, and internet. Move-in will require a one-month deposit and first month's rent. The flat: We have a light-filled, spacious, beautiful apartment to enjoy with a living room, dining room, lounge/music room, and kitchen that we all share. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. We are on a quiet street next to Golden Gate Park and parking is very easy. Street parking is very easy. We are not permitted to have pets. I prefer a one year lease but am willing make exceptions.
