    To be sold "AS IS". Seller will not perform any repairs or provide any inspections including Hazelwood Municipal Occupancy Inspection. This house is in overall good condition. Brick & vinyl siding w/dbl pane insulated tilt windows completed about 10 yrs ago. The oversized garage is 30 x 10 & there is a double wide concrete driveway in good shape. The house has mostly wood floors & the floors in the living/dining rm & hallway were refinished about 5 yrs ago. The galley kitchen provides lots of work space w/oven & refrigerator about 3 yrs old. 2.5 baths total & all have had some updates. There are white 6 panel doors w/brushed silver hardware. The lower level finish includes rec room & full bath. the furnace is about 3 yrs old & the c-air about a year old. Outback is a level fenced yard, a 35 x 14 patio and a 10 x 8 outbuilding.
