This is a great two bedroom, one bath house located close to Hwy 41 south of Riverside Ave. We have completely remodeled the bathroom, painted the whole house, install new carpet in the bedrooms, and put replacement windows in most of the house. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom have nice laminate floors. This is a great price on a great house waiting for the right family.
