Great fixer upper, brand new roof, new electrical, amazing structure and sturdy home, for someone with a huge family. Does need a lot of work to be done, plumbing and central heat and air, insulation, sheet rock and to finish putting up windows. We are selling because we no longer have the funds or time to keep working on it.
