Very nice, Affordable Condo. Two Bedrooms and two full baths. All tiled, including tiled, screened patio. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, electric fireplace, walk to beach, pool, tennis courts, boat storage, wifi. Please call or email for reservations. Usually book Saturday to Saturday but will also consider shorter or longer visit. No smoking or pets. Maximum guests are five. This is a downstairs, end unit so it has good privacy, parking right outside the door so you don't have to walk long distances with luggage, groceries, etc., and there is no elevator to deal with. You will have FUN! This is a vacation rental. Normally we rent Saturday to Saturday but also offer longer and shorter stays. There was not an option for me to include this information in the rental amount. A Weekly rental, including ALL rent, taxes and cleaning is $742.50.
