A corner lot in an old, but well kept neighborhood. It's very quiet here and most folks keep to themselves, but are friendly when approached. I guess the thing I love most about my home is the living room. Cathedral ceiling (new) and a fire place that actually heats the room and not just the chimney. It's very spacious, but is also quite cozy. We have a back deck that we use to grill on or just sit on during warm summer nights. Brand new AC/heating units as of September 2021. Have added approximately $4K in landscaping. 2016 installed insulation that cut power bill by over 50%. Needs some work and cleaning.
