The house has 3 bedrooms, was bought in 2017 and is in excellent condition. The house comes with a fridge, and a patio dining room . There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet with amenities such as soccer field, basketball field and playground. Also, the public schools are really nice and among the best in Oklahoma. Renters are responsible for all utility bills
