It is a perfect place for someone who wants to experience the city while still having some green space to escape to. The house has a two- car parking pad, and a separate rear entrance that leads to the 2nd & 3rd floors. The 2nd floor is an open floor plan, with windows on 3 sides. This space could be separated into two different rooms, or enjoyed as one. The bathroom was recently remodeled, and includes a standing shower with subway tile.
