He also stated that he thinks the electric meter on the front apartment is for the front and rear apartment with a sub meter that keeps track of the electric usage for the rear apartment. There is 1 water meter. Property has been vacant for a couple of years with no utilities on during that time. Electric is currently on. Owner inherited the property and does not know anything about the electric and gas meters or how the utilities are distributed to the apartments or building.
