Very nice area walking area within walking distance to downtown and the Caltrain station, safe neighborhood, very close to 101 and the 92 ramps. I am ok with clean pets. No smoking. looking for a clean room-mate who is respectful, a nice person we can have a coffee or beer and good conversation, if you don't like the place after a few months that OK and if you feel you like it and want to stay longer that's OK too, the Eco clothes washer machine is wonderful you can wash small to large items easy. call if interested or have questions or want to request a viewing. Vaccination will be required. The rent covers utility costs within reason, Parking is street only, there will be a Pet deposit required.
