We are looking for one more roommate to fill our beautiful home on N Columbia St for the 2025-2026 school year. It is a 10 minute walk from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus and located in a very safe neighborhood with many other students around. 2 minutes away from the closest bus stop. Our past roommate had a family emergency and is no longer able to attend the school. You will have your own bedroom. We have a dresser and nightstand available for free! They are shown at the end in the living room photos. You have the option between a private bathroom or shared. The shared is on the second floor and the private is on the first. The home also comes with a washer and dryer, a powerful ac unit, fully furnished living areas, a porch, and is in very great condition. The kitchen is spacious and the living areas are comfortable with a TV! You will never feel as though you're out of space here! We are three female college students living here and we ask that our roommate is the same. Please only reach out if you are a younger female.
