Absolutely stunninglike stepping into a magazine. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. One of my favorite places Ive ever stayed10000000/10! Step inside and let the story unfold. Curl up in the royal white bedroom, complete with chandelier and private balcony access, or drift into the lavender suite, a cozy blend of modern elegance and vintage charm. The living room feels like a set piece from a dream velvet chesterfields, an open library wall, and greenery cascading between gold-framed mirrors. The indoor infrared sauna invites deep relaxation, while the balconys checkered terrace and Off With Their Heads wall make for the perfect glass-of-wine moment above the city. The gourmet kitchen gleams with quartz countertops, copper sink, and floral flourishes, while the espresso and coffee bar offers your morning ritual in style. Every detail from antique furniture restored by hand to the custom floral installations tells a story of care and creativity. Perfect location! Walkable to everythingrestaurants, stadium, nightlife. The parking garage was greatsuper convenient and safe. Felt at home while staying here. Ill definitely be back! The Mad Hatter was designed to bring balance where creativity, restoration, and comfort coexist. Please follow these house rules as they protect the space and our neighbors. NO SMOKING: $500 Fee Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the unit. Smoke is extremely harmful and lingers for days. Any evidence of smoke will result in $500 additional fee. We had to raise the fee as this is our #1 violated rule. We will enforce this! It really ruins future guests stays. It is extremely difficult to remove and please use the common areas outside. No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people. Quiet time after 10 p.m. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Trash Shute located past the elevator and around the corner. Please use the swimming pool during posted operation hours. Pool Season May 31-Oct 31. Please enjoy the space however! Keep a close eye on your children while being on the balcony. No pets allowed. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. Please return key fob in lockbox. Any missing keys, fobs or passes will result in up to a $450. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
