We offer an incredibly clean, fully furnished garden level suite with a private entrance, a bedroom (with a very comfortable queen sized bed), a living room and a large bathroom with a 6 ft. jacuzzi bathtub. We have air conditioning, heat, hair dryer, iron, washer/dryer, Wifi and TV (Roku with Amazon Prime, Netflix, HBO Now and Hulu). Due to COVID-19 we have modified the space to provide a small refrigerator and microwave, but there is not a full kitchen. You are also welcome to use our bikes and sit on our beautiful front porch. We live directly across the street from Monona Bay and Brittingham Park. We also have a parking spot for you in our driveway. We are located in a unique pocket of downtown Madison - a short walk from the Capitol, State St., Camp Randall, Kohl Center, Museums, Overture, Majestic, Orpheum, UW-Madison, hospitals & Farmer's Market. You will love our welcoming neighborhood with views of Monona Bay from our porch. over 3 years now to students, short term travelers, and traveling professionals. We absolutely love it and would be honored to share our home with you. We do have a dog and a cat who are awesome! Owner pays for all utilities
