There is a wood burning fireplace and a new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter top. LG washer and dryer. Big garage that can accommodate two vehicles. Home is located by Sabino Canyon which is fantastic for hiking. Ventana Canyon golf course is less than a mile away, which is one of the nicest in Tucson. Kolb road has recently been redone with sidewalks on both sides so another nice place to walk. My street is very quiet with no outlet at the end of the road. Bashas grocery store is walking distance from my home. There are several restaurants in that same shopping center. Italian, Mexican, Sushi, Peruvian, Sports bar with great food, Tai, and Smoothie Bar. Catalina Foothills district 16 for schools. No smoking allowed inside.
