We have concentrated on making this house feel like a Colorado Mountain home. New paint, gutters and roof in 2016 as well as Solar City installed in 2016. We bought the house in 2000 when we had 3 little boy. Ages then were 7, 4 and 1. The size of the backyard and on a corner lot sold us. The back yard for the kids and 400 sq ft deck was the clincher. Of course, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, great schools and very close access to the 25, 470, Denver in 20 min no traffic and DIA in 35 min were hot buttons. Large area in the backyard was leveled and softened with special wood chips to accommodate a full size outdoor playhouse. Mature trees provide tons of privacy. Large flower garden viewed from deck and kitchen nook. Lots of wood and tile! Kitchen is a cooks kitchen and a great family kitchen seating 5-6. Beautiful imported black granite one slab counter tops in kitchen with stone and tile back splashes.
