With New Law just signed by Governor on Sept 16, 2021, SB 9, you can build upto 4 houses on this property. this property was sold to a person at very cheap price almost 2 years ago, but title was never transferred, County report violations for transients on the property and unpermitted mobile home on the property last year and told me I am responsible for all violations since I am the owner. I needed to move the mobile home away and escorted all transients away. I contacted the buyer who was supposed to record the property under her name, but no response. After many calls to county code enforcement and Sherrif, At least County is off my tail at this moment, but I am not sure what exactly happened. I just want to be clear on this . I surely want this off my back. Since Buyer disappeared and I put this on sale again to clear this burden off me . I am still paying property tax. It was headaches because I am still the owner, if I am not paying tax, the property will be tax defaulted. . Please make your offer and take this off my hand.
