(girls) Each bedroom is 13 x 15 and both have their own deck. We're solar powered on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Monthly is $53 for panels and $5.00 a monthly. Heaters are easily accessible, 2 hot water heaters for 1 & 2/3 floors and AC compressors are underneath the back steps.
