The washer and dryer on the property is in the garage under the apartment and is shared by the three residents. There is some storage space in the garage that can be used to store bicycles, luggage, and other items. One month minimum and deposit is required. Ideally, I am looking for someone who can sublet from February to May 15th The bedroom has a tempurpedic king bed with blankets, comforters, and pillows for all seasons The closet has ample shelving and hanging space. There is a smart speaker with a clock that is quite handy and non invasive at night. The kitchen in equipped for chefs of all levels. There is a gas range stove, full sized fridge, dishwasher, vitamix blender, ice maker, microwave and toaster. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils, all clad pots and pans, baking sheets and dishes, ample Tupperware, kettle, food containers, and lots of food storage space. The living room has a large comfortable couch, flat screen tv with Apple TV, dinning table, a writing desk/ work space, shoe storage. Their coffee table/ center poof can easily be moved to make space for yoga and other activities. There are two balconies in the apartment. The upper has nice sunrise view. The lower is more spacious and has a nice outdoor mattress with string lights makes for lovely evenings. The bathroom comes with a tub/ shower combo and bathroom linens There is a share patio with a BBQ available. There is also a lemon tree on the property to make lemonade or cook with. Cleaning supplies for bathroom, kitchen, and house come the the apartment and their use is encouraged. The apartment is a five minute walk from Whole Foods and Ralphs. Main street in Santa Monica is a 15 minute walk and is a likely area with shops and restaurants. Abbot Kinney is a 10 minute walk which had many shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Landlord pays for utilities Home Cleaning Services is included in the rent twice a month.
