We are seeking a responsible, professional, and punctual person to live in this historic building and great little community. This is a no-smoking unit but pet friendly. We require a security deposit of one month's rent due at lease signing and the tenant is responsible for electricity (via Dominion) as well as internet (Comcast, sorry, no other providers) connectivity. We have a very nice high-speed router available for use with an extra $100 on security deposit. Water, trash, and HOA fees are included in rent. Parking is street-only (recently paved). There are some spots on the side of the building but those are deeded to certain units. 105 is not one of them. If you do not have one already, you will need to purchase a parking bumper decal from the city. Parking near the unit has never been much of an issue in the near decade we lived there.
