I'm looking to rent the upper portion of my house in Arvada. The upstairs is totally private with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, washer/dryer and entrance. Our shared spaces are the garage, the pool and the backyard. You will have a parking spot/storage available in the garage. Utilities are split between the two of us generally $100-150 a month. I'm open to a 9-12 month lease. The unit is available around the mid to end of September or Oct 1. A little bit about me - I'm 35 years old and travel, hike and backpack frequently. I work in the biotech industry in Boulder. Looking for someone or a couple around the same age as me, who doesn't work from home. 1 dog or 1 cat is fine with a meet and greet with my dog (7 yr old husky). If the cat is an inside cat then no need for a meet and greet. Utilities split
