Also, includes a small outdoor kitchen on the deck and all of the amenities that Coosawattee River Resort has to offer. Available to rent for short term or long term based on your needs and the approval of your application. This unit will be available as of April 1, 2024. Utilities are included in the rent (electric and water) providing the electric does not exceed $100/month and the water does not exceed $45/month. In any month, those allotted fees are exceeded they will be collected the following month or at the end of the lease. You will also be responsible for refilling the gas before your departure at the level it is received.
