This is a great property in that I am in the middle of a hill and you never have to park in the street as I have enough parking for five cars. I am offering the master bedroom (14 feet by 14), with a walk-in closet and an attached private bath that has a large window in it that emits beautiful lighting. You can also take over the living room and there is a Smart TV in there with weights and a pad to exercise. The only thing we would share is the kitchen, but I would be respectful of your privacy and time in there. I am a super easy going person. All of this is on the ground floor. Your room is completely across the house from me. A bonus: I am massage therapist and would offer you a comp two-hour session as a gift. I have one cat mostly outdoors. I prefer to rent to someone with no animals and a non-smoker. I would like to sign a lease. I hate filling out forms though and won't drive you crazy with all of that.
