Aloha! My wife and I are moving out of this awesome 3/2 duplex no later than 12/31. We are helping our landlord find new tenants to take over January 1st. This home is fully furnished, TVs, plates/silverware/pots/pans, sheets, towels . . . Everything you need is here! Each room has its own A/C and ceiling fan. The neighbors are courteous, friendly, and quiet. The landlord, Daymon, tends to leave us alone. If we have a maintenance request, he fixes it quickly. Best of all, this rental is 100% dog friendly. We're only leaving because we bought a house. Come take a look - this is a very nice place to live! Details: -The house consists of one bedroom and a full bath downstairs. The downstairs bedroom was used as an office and doesn't currently have a bed. - The kitchen has stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, microwave, and a HUGE refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked from plates to pots to glasses. - The living area consists of a kitchen table, couch, tv stand, and smart tv. The front door has a bug screen on it. Everything is in good working order and there is plenty of lighting. - Outside, there is a large, covered lanai with a BBQ grill, breakfast table, storage closet, and a private Washer/Dryer. There is also an outdoor shower that's perfect from washing the sand off your feet after a (four minute) walk to the beach. Parking is right outside on a shared driveway. The unit has its own mailbox. There is a hose to use and space to add some plants in a raised planter. - Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a half bath. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv, chairs, bench seat, and a giant wraparound lanai. Most of the homes nearby are only 1 story, meaning you have a nice view of the area. The master has a number of windows in addition to a double sliding screen/glass door (that goes to the lanai). Also, there's a loveseat and hammock on the master lanai. The other bedroom has a walk-in closet and a peekaboo ocean view. I am usually available for a showing (we're usually available short notice).
