One queen bed, a futon bed and a pull out sofa. A decently equipped kitchen. There are two TVs - only one is hooked up as Roku, so bring your own account. As you can see from the photos, there are several good sitting areas in which to work or relax. Plenty of cooking equipment and nice plateware. - No smoking or vaping. - No parties or events - No incense or flame candles. - Pets negotiable: hardwood floors need to be protected. No pets on furniture. No dogs less than 2 years old. To keep the house free of accumulating pet hair, a professional cleaniing will be required. - No drugs. - Loss of the special key incurs a $100 fee. - Required cleaning every month. **Bookings of a month or more will be paid for utilities at actual usage rates (gas and electricity).
