We are selling our beloved studio apartment on Orange Street in Brooklyn Heights. It is a fabulous little home in a charming building with a fantastic community.  There is an outdoor space in back for coffee in the morning and a fabulous roofdeck where we enjoy sunset dinners.  The building also has an elevator, a live-in-super, laundry room in the basement(4 washers, 4 dryers--never busy).  There is also a bicycle storage room in the basement in addition to storage cages.   This really is a gem of a building on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Brooklyn Heights. We are two blocks walk to either the A/C or the 2/3, and a five block walk to the 4/5 at Borough Hall.  We love that there is a grocery store a block away and many great restaurants, cafes and ice cream spots around both corners.  Our favorite spot to read the New York Times is the Brooklyn Promenade, which is just two blocks down Orange Street. From there a walking bridge can take you directly into Brooklyn Bridge Park with its running paths, soccer fields, basketball courts and picnic spots.  At night we do runs in nearby Dumbo and on the Brooklyn Bridge, which is just two blocks away.   But the best part of this building is the community it holds.  Really great folks live here and we hope to add to that community.
