For rent: Downtown Denver Apartment $1800- includes everything (internet, water, gas, etc) besides electricity. It will also be mostly furnished. We can figure that part out. I will be leaving most stuff (couch, etc.) besides my bed depending on what you'd like. About the apartment- 1bd/1bath- loft style. Very centrally located. On the block is a TJ Max, Target, Ross, CVS, and many restaurants. You can get pretty much anything you want within a block. There is a Planet Fitness across the street, which I use as a gym ($10 a month). The mall ride bus makes everything accessible. Get to RINO, LoHi, Broadway, Cap Hill, Coors Field, Mile High, Ball Arena and to the airport via train very easily. There's a decent amount of closet storage, as well as a lofted space with ladder access. 6 month lease minimum due to building regulations I'd prefer 1 year or longer. Pets allowed. There is a small gym and billiard room in the building. I am the owner, so I would be the landlord. I will be staying in the Denver area. Let me know if interested and best of luck with your search!
