Next door to Newport Beach golf course and closet to downtown but away from the noise. Very conservative owners/residents- NOT a spring break or party animal property. Dedicated security teams and 24 hour staff plus CCTV system. Limited access to property a huge plus. Also on end of beach where cars must park behind the bollards (poles) which makes teh beach safe for families, walking without cars driving to the surf. Forces those with loud cars/stereos to move 1/4 mile or more to the south where vehicles can get close to the beach. Easy access to Island Moorings marina so you don't have to go down to the congested city marina. Fantastic place to keep your plane or have your company jet drop you off at the airport a little over two blocks away. Also on the end of the beach maintained by the City of Port Aransas which keeps seaweed under control. Further south, Nueces County handles that. City of Port Aransas does a great job. You can also walk to Sandfest easily!
