The unit is nicely furnished and has all the dishes, pot and pans, dishwasher, towels, and everything needed in the kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer and three TV'S. The condo is right on Table Rock Lake and you can walk to the lake for fishing or you can walk next door to a marina that has boats for rent and dry dock storage for boats. Condo has a deck with storage overlooking the lake and has a good-sized lockable car garage that can be used for parking and extra storage. Condo is only a few minutes to all the Branson shows and other activities. Emerald Pointe community has two swimming pools and a beautiful clubhouse with exercise equipment for use by homeowners, renters and their guests. I am looking for a long-term renter or lease and will rent for $1,395 per month that includes all fees, trash, internet, 3 TV’s, water and electricity. I will also consider a monthly rental if not interested in a long-term lease. The unit is a non-smoking unit and sorry we do not allow pets.
