If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Pets are allowed. . There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full
