Very little has been changed so the character of the little beach cottage remains. There is a spectacular view of the ocean from the raised deck outside as well as the living room window. Tenant is responsible for; water/waste water, gas/electric and trash. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vaping, etc... This includes inside as well as the deck or any other outside surrounding areas. We have a no pet policy. One parking space is included. Tenant is also required to maintain the surrounding area of debris that does not belong and trash of any kind. There's a garbage, recycle and compost can for your use. They are either stored on the east side behind the enclosed fence area or behind the house. This area is not for storage with the exception of bicycles, trash cans and various gardening items.
