Our very nice long term tenants are moving on the first of the month and it will take us about a week from Feb 1 to refresh the home and make some changes. We will start to show the property Tuesday 2/1 late afternoon. The property will not be refreshed, but you will know if it will fit your needs and we will advise all of the improvements that will take place. We will include some pictures, but they most likely will be of one of our other homes on the property as we will be making some changes. You will know if this is a property you would like to make your new home. The community consist of 8 very cute 2 bedroom - 1 bath single story houses and 4 brand new two story homes in the back of the property. One of the single story houses is for rent. We will be taking a look at the property and doing whatever is required to make the home look great. We also will be painting the outside of the property a very nice passive yellow color with attractive black shutters. The inside of the home will also be freshly painted. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a very nice floorplan. There is a single car garage and also assigned parking for two more vehicles which is quite rare. There is also a very nice private yard area perfect for a nice table, chairs, book and bottle of wine. This is a very house like situation and the home will be in great condition when refurbishment is completed. The complex is quite spread out and very nicely landscaped. A pet will be considered and if allowed the rules are expected to be followed. The home is managed by ownership so fast decisions and service are the rule and not the exception. It will be a great place to call home.
