We leased a unit at Midtown Commons II and moved out. We are subletting the last three months (until December 13) until our original lease ends. We will cover fees to add you to the lease and provide all our keys and fobs. The complex is nice- its new, gated, has a fitness room and club room that were just renovated last month. There is a dog park, and excellent transportation access. The train to downtown calls here, as well as the metro express stops out front. Tenant maintains power with COA and pays trash/water fee to complex.
